Intellectual Property is the concept related to the legal protection and recognition of authorship of works of intellectual production such as inventions, patents, trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications and artistic creations, guaranteeing the author the right to economically exploit his own creation.

We advise clients with the registration of trademarks, patents and industrial designs before the National Institute of Industrial Property (“INPI”), as well as in the defense of our clients’ industrial property rights and, elaboration and negotiation of contracts related to intellectual property rights , such as licensing, technology transfer, assignment and technical assistance and franchising.
