​We represent our clients in labor litigations, either in the plaintiff’s or defendant’s side, in judicial and administrative proceedings.

We also provide preventive and corrective legal counsel, including analysis, drafting and review of employment contracts, including for executive positions; drafting of compensation plans for employees and administrators, based on performance (stock options, vesting and others); conduction of audits; and routine counseling, encompassing labor and social security aspects.
